 Applying the Oracle patch to the KC-ISIA-DWPROD instance, already applied in both Dev and Test environments.

>>Campus firewall firmware upgrade (06/13/2026 22:00:00 - 06/14/2026 08:00:00)

 Campus firewalls will receive a firmware upgrade to get additional critical fixes made by the vendor as their emergency May updates. This helps fix known lingering issues from the update. This will result in two 1-minute outages for the main campus, including desk phones, as the firewalls are rebooted. Also about a 15 minute outage for VPN users.

 The Kuali API will be updating the database from oracle to SQL all Kauli APIs will be down and updated at this time. This will be done at off hours to reduce impact.

>>Fine Arts Dist and Access switch replacement (06/16/2026 07:00:00)

 Replace the existing distribution switch and associated access switches in the Fine Arts Building to improve network reliability, performance, and supportability. During the maintenance window, the Fine Arts Building will experience a complete network outage. All wired and wireless network connectivity will be unavailable, including: Internet access VoIP phone services Wireless access points Network-connected printers Building systems dependent on network connectivity The outage is expected to last no longer than one hour while equipment is replaced and connectivity is verified.

>>PaperCut Application Update (06/17/2026 08:00:00)

 The PaperCut application will be updated from v24.1.7 to v25.0.11.

>>RooEval site is unavailable (06/22/2026 10:00:00)

 RooEval site will not be available sue to deployment for some enhancements. During this time, the RooEval site will be unavailable and a maintenance message will be displayed.

>>RooLabs Online Application Update (06/29/2026 08:00:00)

 KeyServer/Allsight/TDX ITAM upgrade. Platform will be updated from v8.0.1.1 to v8.1.0.4.
